The amber Rivesaltes : Amber rhymes with full-bodied

Her dress is old gold and shiny. On the nose flavors of honey and orange zest. On the palate, gingerbread dominates, then gives way to dried fruit (nuts and roasted notes). The finish is velvet.

The sugar of the wine responds perfectly to the bitterness of the chocolate. It is therefore with a chocolate that is not very sweet, very dark, from 80% cocoa, that the agreement works best, ideal to consume during this Easter period !
