AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages Red Dandy

Grape variety: 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache Noir, 10% Mourvèdre, 10% Carignan

Terroir: Soil of silt and clay on the flat parts bordering the Agly. Mediterranean climate.

Vinification: Rigorous sorting of the bunches, Traditional vinification with punching down and carbonic maceration for three to four weeks.

Ageing: In vats then in bottles in our cellar.

Tasting: Beautiful sustained colour. Mediterranean nose with notes of red fruits and spices. Solar and balanced wine. Very nice length.

Food and wine pairing: oven-roasted meats, pan-fried vegetables
