Jaujau 1er white IGP Côtes Catalanes Box of 3 bottles

Box version of 3 bottles.

Varietal: 100% Grenache Gris

Terroir: schistose marl on the hillsides and clay-limestone on the flat parts along the edge of the Agly. Mediterranean climate.

Vinification: manual harvest in the early hours of the day and pressed quickly. The first juices are vinified in barrels with regular stirring of the lees.

Ageing: In barrels for 12 months then in bottle in our cellar.

Tasting: light gold colour, powerful nose with notes of cooked white fruits and vanilla, round and fleshy wine on the palate with mineral and floral notes.

Food and wine pairing: scallops, smoked salmon, baked white fish.
